MUDIAM Customizable Black Box Software
With our customizable software component, we will help customers tune their payment card process using this software product. This includes any additional functional customization in SAP® system; ABAP programming code needed to fulfill that functional design and associated process(s) implementation. We may include additional interfaces, reports and enhancements within the SAP® system.
Since different customer uses different payment gateway processors, sometimes, we need to customize the middleware that has close affinity with the payment processor. This involves customization and code changes needed to handle customer business requirements, for example many variations in card processing including scenarios like credit memo, pre-authorization blocks, expiring authorizations and advanced address verification using ZIP+4 code, which helps customer, in reducing the chargeback fees.
We also perform customization in how the customer prefers to TOKENIZE their card data and can work with customer based on their specific needs for tokenization and token key rotation as per mandated PCI-DSS.
